Bid Day Basket FAQs

  • When will the Bid Day Basket be delivered? 

    Pre-ordered baskets for Auburn University and the University of Alabama will be delivered on Bid Day. You will receive an email with logistics. For other schools, Bid Day Baskets will be shipped with 2 day UPS shipping. 

  • Can I still order a basket if I don't go to Auburn or Alabama?

    Yes, we'd love to create a basket for you! Once you let us know your sorority, we will immediately ship via 1-2 day UPS.

  • What if my student drops or doesn't received a bid? 

    Please let us know immediately and we will refund your order.
